  • Multi-channel notification forwarding (Browser, Discord, Telegram, Email)

  • Usage limits based on the specific tier acquired

3. Account Registration

To use Fear Greed Live, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Authentication & Access

Fear Greed Live utilizes Email-Based Login and Google Sign-In. Users must register and securely authenticate using their verified email address and password or their linked Google account to access the dashboard.

5. Lifetime Product & One-Time Payments

Fear Greed Live offers its premium features under a One-Time Purchase model for lifetime access.

  • No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscription plans. Once purchased, you have perpetual access for the life of the product without monthly fees.
  • Lifetime Access Defined: "Lifetime Access" refers specifically to the technical lifespan of the product itself. It guarantees access to operational platform features for as long as the software is commercially available, actively maintained, and fully operated as an ongoing utility by the developers.
  • Premium Access: Features like alert history, multi-channel push (Discord, Telegram), and real-time analysis triggers are unlocked immediately upon confirmed checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, real-time market data API expenses, and instantaneous delivery of premium platform access, we adhere to a strict refund standard.

  • No Refunds: We explicitly do not offer refunds on one-time purchases. Once access to premium data streams and tools is provisioned to your account, the payment is considered fully executed and non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly required and mandated by your local statutory consumer protection laws.
  • Evaluation: We encourage users to use free tier visibility before upgrading to ensure our market sentiment engine fits their expectations.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Fear Greed Live only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Send Spam: Send unsolicited or bulk notifications to users who have not opted in.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for the following reasons:

  • Abuse: Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, including automated scrapping of our core sentiment streams.
  • Policy Violations: Any breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion Policy: For financial integrity and verification reasons, we do not allow deletion of accounts that have provisioned active lifetime licenses. If you no longer wish to use our Service, you may disable active triggers and log out.

10. Data Retention Policy

To maintain optimal execution and minimum storage latency, Fear Greed Live retains notification logs and trigger histories for a limited cycling window.

  • Auto-Pruning: User alert histories older than a defined timeframe (e.g., 90 days) may be cycled out or aggregated automatically.

11. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Fear Greed Live: The Service, including its software, design, analytical layouts, indices aggregation method, and all related IP, is owned by Fear Greed Live. You may not scrape, modify, distribute, or reproduce works based on our Service without explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • No Indirect Damages: Fear Greed Live shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial deficiencies, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using this informational utility.
  • Service Provided "As-Is": The Service and Sentiment Data are provided for research and context only. We assume zero liability for monetary actions derived from our alerts.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall our aggregate total liability exceed the exact sum you paid to us in the calendar year preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fear Greed Live and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or costs arising directly from your usage of the service or violation of these binding terms.
